I have decided that snow cones are the best thing to be in. I am a repair man and I fix the Shave ice machine when it stops working. Well I guess I tend to service them a lot more often than actually repairing them as the ones I look after do not seem to go wrong that often. It may sound like quite a dull job but it is nice travelling around and visiting different people, finding out how their businesses are going and checking their machines are working properly and efficiently. It gets me around the country a bit and pays the bills which are good. I guess checking out ice shavers is not something that people with families might like to do, although it is not often that I have to stay away from home. However, if the traffic is busy, I sometimes have to work late in to the evening because I just cannot get home any more quickly. I do think that it is a thriving business though because this sort of thing is something which people feel is a luxury but they can still afford even in a time of recession. It is very satisfying seeing people having one and really enjoying it.
